I’m a self-confessed nerd, who loves everything related to IT, Media and Web. I’ve also got a keen interest in the social sciences; understanding why people do what they do. This, I feel, is what fuels my desire to lead – I’ve proven this at every opportunity throughout my time as a student; leading Digital Ambassador teams, running a team of Prefects as Head Boy, project managing group projects and, lately, coordinating a team of Police volunteers in a Restorative Justice initiative.
When I’m not at college, studying Media Production, you can find me developing websites, producing promotional videos or being an AV engineer at live events. That’s when I’ve managed to escape my dog, of course, who I love dearly.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with ME – a neurological condition which affects my nervous system. I don’t let that stop me, though. Yes, it sometimes limits what I can do, but I always make sure that I do the very best in all I can do; if anything, I’ve been more driven since my diagnosis. There’s lots not understood about ME, which is why I’m excited to have recently started writing for charities about how it impacts me, in a bid to help someone else out.
So, please carry on scrolling to find out more about me and what I’ve achieved. I’d love to hear from you, if you’d like to chat!
